Every one of us would’ve sprained our ankle and more at least once in our lifetime.Normal movement after such an event proves to be quite painful n limits our activities. Here are simple recipes to help with the pain:

- Pour 1 tbsp sugarless black coffee on the inner side of a sprain bandage and wrap the sprained part with it.

- Soak the outer leaves of a cabbage in water for 15 min. Wrap the sprained area with leaves for 10-15 min.

- Take a cup of sunflower oil and garlic oil and massage the sprained area with this mixture.

- 1 cup of sunflower oil and add 1 tsp camphor oil and massage the sprained area for instan pain relief.
